What i invest in
Multi-family

I choose to focus on multi-family investments because there are many indications that this will continue to be a sound investment strategy for many years to come.

Baby boomers

75 million baby boomers are headed into retirement and many apartment complexes can be turned into retirement communities.

Scale

It's easier to buy one 20-unit property rather than buying 20 single-family properties. Multi-family also equates to a lot more cash flow opportunity. 

millenials

Many millenials are not buying homes due to inflated home costs, tighter lending, student debt, and they're getting married later.
