I read 2 books a month

I listen to podcasts weekly

I watch gurus on YouTube weekly

I read industry news daily

My Morning Routine: 
  • 5:30 a.m. - Wake up! "The early bird gets the worm."

  • 5:45 a.m. - Hit the gym for an hour while listening to Audible 

  • 6:45 a.m. - Yoga / meditate for 10-15 mins

  • 7:00 a.m. - Shower / get ready

  • 7:10 a.m. - Eat a big healthy breakfast / Read articles related to industry

  • 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. - Spend time with kids / take them to school

  • 8:00 a.m. - Time to sell!

How I Stay Healthy:

I workout 7 days a week

I leverage a fitness tracker

>80% Vegetarian Diet

>200 ounces of water per day

Inbox stays clean and labeled

Calendar blocked for prospecting
