Unfinished Business

The best way to describe my journey since leaving Rubrik back in February 2021 is like someone who went overseas and studied abroad.


Studying abroad involves taking on a big risk because you're leaving a place you’ve always known and people you’re very familiar with in an effort to learn a different culture, gain a broader perspective, meet new people, and share advanced ideas.


This is exactly what I did.


Since leaving Rubrik I’ve embraced the discomfort of working with people I’ve never met, sold products the world has never seen, and help build a company from the beginning which very few can say they’ve done.


I’m grateful to have been able to soak up all the uncommon knowledge I’ve gained along the way and for the new relationships that have been created.


But there comes a day like many who have studied or worked abroad where you wake up one day and say, “I am ready to go back home.”


That home in this case just so happens to be Rubrik, Inc.


Today, I’m super excited to announce that I’m back at Rubrik and I couldn’t have come back at a better time.



Rubrik has surpassed $400M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), reached 140% net dollar retention (result of high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion), achieved 100% YoY growth, and is 4,500+ customers strong.


Beyond pumped to share that I will be leading up an awesome team for a new territory we are calling, “The BBQ Region.” It’s time to achieve the impossible.


Big thanks to Bipul Sinha, Brian McCarthy, Austin Stefani, Steve Zad, and Jake Dodson for welcoming me back with open arms. Such a world-class leadership team I’m proud to run hard for starting here today.
